While trying to learn how to play guitar in the FACGCE tuning [AKA I wanted to learn some American Football songs], I hit record and started improvising. This song was born out of that improv session, in one take. As a nod to the source of inspiration, the song was originally titled "Kinsella Song," but I eventually changed it to "We are Concise Animals," which was a phrase I stole from a good friend. Thanks, Shom Tull.
